Dear NextGen CRM Service Cloud Key User,
Exciting weeks are already behind us and we are facing further steps in order to create the best possible conditions for our Go-Live beginning of September. Thank you for your support so far. Today we would like to invite you to our key user training which will take place beginning of July. We decided for some intensive training days as an event requiring attendance.
Meeting reasons
Know-how improvement & better problem solving (You will get a high level of personal support directly on site)
Train the trainer (You will be prepared for the task of training your team)
Beginning of User Acceptance Test (UAT) ((You will be prepared for the UAT and start with the first testcases with personal support directly on site)
Focus on SAP Service Cloud processes (You can concentrate on CRM issues)
Strengthening the community (You will set up an international communication network)

Please respond to the appointment sent by Alexandra (events@wago.com) with a confirmation or cancellation in Outlook until the 25.04.2025.
If you accept the invitation, you will receive a further email with a query regarding your individual travel dates at the beginning of June. We will then reserve the hotel room for you according to these dates (you do not need to book a hotel yourself). This email will be sent from events@wago.com.
We will communicate more detailed information about the hotel as well as transfer options from the airport to the hotel on the website soon.
